• We currently ship across India through our reliable delivery partners.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.

Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

• During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen operational delays, dispatch timelines may be extended.

Delivery Timeline

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.

• Delivery to remote or non-metro areas may take longer.

Tracking Information

• A tracking ID and link will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

• Customers can use this information to track their shipment in real time.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping across India is free for all prepaid orders.
  

Address Accuracy

• Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

• Indivya Designs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, kindly do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

• An unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory to raise claims regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

At Indivyadesigns, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 72 hours of the delivery date for eligible items. You can initiate a request by raising a ticket through your Indivaya account Dashboard or emailing us within 72 hours of receiving the package.

Returns

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused,

• In their original packaging,

• And in the same condition as received.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, email us at indivyadesigns@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• A defective item, or

• An error on our part

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility

Exchanges are available only for items that are:

• Defective

• Damaged upon receipt

• Incorrectly delivered

3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

1. We will provide return instructions.

2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send out the replacement promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items purchased during a sale
