Return and Exchange Policy

At Indivyadesigns, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 72 hours of the delivery date for eligible items. You can initiate a request by raising a ticket through your Indivaya account Dashboard or emailing us within 72 hours of receiving the package.

Returns

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused,

  • In their original packaging,

  • And in the same condition as received.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, email us at indivyadesigns@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item, or

  • An error on our part

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

1. Eligibility

Exchanges are available only for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon receipt

  • Incorrectly delivered

2. Initiating an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us at indivyadesigns@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • The item you would like to exchange for

3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions.

  2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send out the replacement promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Combos

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during a sale
