  • All jewelry is handcrafted with care. Minor variations in design, color, or finish may occur and shall not be considered defects.

  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without liability.

  • Availability of products is subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made through secure methods available on our website (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, COD).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹100 applies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Indivya Designs is not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • No returns are accepted under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are permitted only as per our Exchange Policy (e.g., damaged product, wrong product delivered, or design change under valid conditions).

  • Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including logos, product images, designs, text, and graphics—belongs to Indivya Designs and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Indivya Designs is not responsible for:

    • Delays or failures in delivery caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability in any case will not exceed the value of the product purchased.
